With over two decades of experience in commercial and residential construction, Mario Barnes created EM Contingency Group with a clear mission: to bring integrity, efficiency, and transparency back into the home building process.
Mario’s career spans from managing multi million-dollar commercial projects to developing thriving residential communities. As a licensed builder holding multiple state certifications, he has the technical expertise to deliver lasting quality. But what truly sets him apart is his belief that homeowners deserve more than just a house—they deserve an experience built on trust, clear communication, and attention to detail.
